For the new Van den Tweel Zeelandia canteen, we designed the complete commercial kitchen layout and delivered a fully integrated exhaust solution. The project included the installation of all exhaust ducting from the hoods up to the roof, as well as a dedicated make-up air/fresh air system to ensure a properly balanced and efficient ventilation system.
