WARRANTY POLICY
When purchasing from Supreme Horeca Equipments & Supplies, either online or in-store, you agree to the terms of the warranty policy outlined below. Please review your invoice to confirm the specific warranty duration for your product, as the terms and conditions outlined here represent our general warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage:
This warranty applies solely to factory defective components and parts. Should a defect in materials or workmanship arise during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part(s), subject to the conditions outlined herein. However, please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes for any replacement parts are not included under the warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty Limitations:
This warranty does not extend to the following conditions:

Electrical malfunctions or shorts caused by third-party installations or improper setups.

Damage resulting from water, insect infestations, or external environmental factors.

Acts of nature, including but not limited to earthquakes, storms, floods, or similar events.

Abuse, misuse, or any form of deliberate or accidental damage (e.g., fires, voltage fluctuations, electrical shorts due to loose connections, or similar issues).

Damage caused by improper electrical supply, such as high or low voltage from local power providers.

Theft, vandalism, or damage due to human error.
It is crucial to understand that this warranty becomes void if the unit has been serviced, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized or non-professional personnel or companies.
Only licensed professionals are permitted to work on the unit for warranty purposes.
Non-Warranty Repairs:
Please note that servicing and regular maintenance do not fall under the scope of this warranty and must be scheduled separately. Any service requests made for non-warranty repairs, or for items requiring regular maintenance, will incur charges for:

Labor.

Travel expenses.

Any additional materials required for repair or servicing.
Warranty Period:
The warranty period begins on the delivery date of the item and lasts for the duration specified on your purchase invoice. We recommend you retain your original receipt or invoice for warranty claims, as it must be presented to invoke the warranty.
Warranty Servicing:
Warranty-related repairs and service requests are handled during regular business hours. All service requests should be submitted before 4:30 PM. In the event that after-hours or overtime work is required, any additional costs for labor will be billed separately.
