WARRANTY POLICY
Effective 2025

When purchasing from Supreme Horeca Equipment & Supplies, either online or in-store, you agree to the terms of the warranty policy outlined below. Please review your invoice to confirm the specific warranty duration for your product, as the terms and conditions outlined here represent our general warranty policy.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies solely to factory defective components and parts. Should a defect in materials or workmanship arise during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the defective part(s), subject to the conditions outlined herein.
Shipping costs, duties, and taxes for any replacement parts are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not extend to the following:

  • Electrical malfunctions or shorts caused by third-party installations or improper setups.

  • Damage resulting from water, insect infestations, or external environmental factors.

  • Acts of nature (e.g., earthquakes, storms, floods).

  • Neglect or failure to perform regular servicing or maintenance.

  • Abuse, misuse, or any form of deliberate or accidental damage (e.g., fires, voltage fluctuations, or shorts due to loose connections).

  • Improper electrical supply (e.g., high or low voltage from local power providers).

  • Theft, vandalism, or human error.


⚠️ IMPORTANT: This warranty is void if the unit has been serviced, repaired, or tampered with by unauthorized or non-professional personnel. Only licensed professionals may perform warranty work.

Non-Warranty Repairs
Service and regular maintenance are not covered by this warranty and must be scheduled separately. Charges will apply for:

  • Labor

  • Travel expenses

  • Materials or replacement parts used for non-warranty issues


Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the delivery date and lasts for the duration specified on your purchase invoice. Please keep your original receipt or invoice for warranty claims.

Warranty Servicing
Warranty-related service is available during business hours.
Service requests must be submitted before 4:30 PM.
After-hours or overtime repairs will incur additional labor charges.

Additional Disclaimers

  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty.

  • Supreme Horeca Equipment & Supplies is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of goods, food, or perishable inventory stored inside the equipment.


 
By purchasing from us, you agree that Supreme Horeca Equipment & Supplies is not liable for the condition or loss of contents (e.g., food, beverages, or perishables) stored in any equipment after purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly operate, monitor, and maintain their unit after delivery.
